Atley is a hybrid remote/in-person work place. If you have a role that requires you to be at a certain physical location, you of course have to be there. But when you don't have to be in a specific location, you are given the autonomy to chose if you will be in the office or working from home. Where the role allows it, we are also open to fully remote positions. We start every day with a morning "Fika" (the Swedish tradition of drinking coffee and chatting), where we talk about whatever is on our minds (the weekend, our families, the football, the important meeting later that day).
We want our employees to have fun, learn, feel challenged, and be healthy. The whole team works hard to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves and the company, and opportunities for further training and education are promoted.
We are also aware that though work is a big part of life, it is not the only part. We want our employees to be given the power to excel in their role, whilst having the flexibility and the work-life balance to be able spend time focusing on life's other important things such as family, friends, volunteering, hobbies, etc. We believe that if you are happy outside of work, you're more likely to be happy at work.
We offer insurance and pensions in line with the Swedish standard, and all our employees are offered one hour of work time per week for physical exercise.
